Coquillard Woods (CW) is a subdivision platted in the early 1900s which is generally bounded by Corby Ave to the north. McKinley Ave to the South. Ironwood Drive to the East and Twyckenham Drive to the West. It is located in the City of South Bend, IN 46617 and is conveniently located to near Downtown South Bend and its arts, dining and entertainment district and the river trail system that stretches from South Bend, over to Mishawaka and also north to Niles MI and beyond.
